Answer:
It is very shallow. More for lids than anything. Very disappointed in the size of the drawer. Also not easy to open.

Answer:
The touch pads are plastic. I have had my stove for a few weeks, and the quality of the controls are very good. I have not had trouble with fingerprints showing or anything.

I am going to purchase the LG - 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range - Stainless-Steel model number LRE3023ST. The power cord does not come with it. I was wondering which power cord I need to get. Should I get a 40-amp, 3 prong cord or a 40-amp, 3 prong cord with spade connectors, or another one? Thank you!

Answer:
Look at your wall outlet. If it has three slots, get a three wire range cord.

If it has four slots get a four wire range cord.

Range cords are made with the appropriate wire size for an electric range.

Answer:
This range requires a single-phase, 3 wire, A.C 120/208V or 120/240V 60Hz electrical system. Use only a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL-listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination. A range cord rated at 40 amps with 120/240 minimum volt range is required. If a 50 amp range cord is used, it should be marked for use with 13⁄8” diameter connection openings.

There are typically two types of pin arrangements for the 220/240 volt cable plug. This is why the stove is sold without a cable: you must buy the cable with the pin arrangement that corresponds to your outlet.

Answer:
This appliance must be installed and grounded on a branch circuit by a quali_ed technician in accordance with the National Electrical code ANSI/NFPA NO. 70 - latest edition. All wiring should conform to Local and NEC. This range
requires a single-phase, 3 wire, A.C 120/208V or 120/240V 60Hz electrical system. Use only a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL-listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination. DO NOT install the power cord without a strain relief. A range cord rated at 40 amps with 120/240 minimum volt range is required. If a 50 amp range cord is used, it should be marked for use with 13⁄8” diameter connection openings.

Answer:
Kdoc5:
The heavy-duty 220/240 volt cable is sold separately (as the plug arrangement can differ), so conceivably YES it could be hardwired without the cable.

However, I would caution against it as you would incur additional cost to un-hardwire your stove if it needed repair or maintenance...not to mention the additional problems you could face if it was improperly hardwired.
