Answer:
I purchased new stainless steel that are entirely flat on the bottom and not rounded which has allowed for very even cooking. Manual recommends a even surface.

Answer:
I apologize, but no; the LRE3083ST model range does not have the WiFi feature. According to pages 11-12 of your owner’s manual, this feature is only available on the LRE3027 model ranges. For THAT model (LRE3027), the WiFi feature can be used for the SmartThinQ function, to interface with the LG cooking management app, making it easier than ever to plan meals for your family, set precise temperature settings remotely, and even monitor the oven’s self-cleaning feature.

Clean Interior window

I have had this range for a few months, using convection roast I cooked a turkey and now the interior window is streaked with grease. I can't tell if it is in between the windows. Can you advise how to clean this? Is something wrong with a seal if this is inside the window?

somehow we had a drip in the interior of the window. I removed the four screws and was able to clean the glass inside. Be sure to hold onto the door when you do this.

Answer:
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this range. There is no seal between the panes of glass , as air must be able to flow freely. If there is a spill between the panes, there is no way to get between these panes of glass without the assistance of a service technician. Unfortunately, as this would be a cosmetic matter, such would not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Use soapy water to thoroughly clean the oven door. Rinse it well. Do not immerse the door in water. You may use a glass cleaner on the OUTSIDE glass of the oven door. Do not spray water or glass cleaner on the door vents. Do not use oven cleaners, cleaning powders, or harsh abrasive cleaning materials on the outside of the oven door. Do not clean the oven door gasket. The oven door gasket is made of a woven material that is essential for a good seal. Care should be taken not to rub, damage or remove this gasket.

I would think that a 3 prong plug would fit in a 3 hole receptacle, but I have seen a variety of different plug shapes, so who knows? Give it a try and see.
