Answer:
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. It is not common for a light bulb to go out after such limited use. However, if the light bulb itself was the only failure, then it could potentially have simply been a weak bulb, and it needs to be replaced. Beyond this estimation, the actual cause for the failure of the bulb cannot be determined except by inspection by a qualified technician. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair....

We appreciate your interest in this gas range. This device is designed with more than one fan in the system. The Convection Fan will not be running during the standard bake function. Another fan can still be in operation. It seems this unit is operating normally.

I was told this range can be used as a regular gas range or as a
convection range. Is that correct? It DOES NOT indicate that in
the details. Also, please confirm this has the oval center burner
that comes with a oval metal top for grilling sandwiches, making
french toast, etc. Also confirm it has a lower warming drawer vs.
just a storage drawer. Very important to me to be able to use the
gas range as a regular oven AND NOT ALWAYS as a convection
oven. I was told you can control this on the top of the oven.
You NNED MORE DETAILS ON THE OVEN IN YOUR WEBSITE!

Answer:
It can be used with or without the convection feature. I just got the oven last week and checked the manual, which says that the drawer is a warming drawer and not to use it for storage, but it is labeled in the diagram as a storage drawer and the text refers to it both ways. I think it's for storage, since there's no heater or control for it.

Answer:
The gas line specifications are listed in the Installation Guide, provided with the range. This range is designed to operate at a pressure of between 5” and 13” of water column, when using Natural Gas. The materials list states to use a flexible metal connector of 3/4” in diameter, or 1/2" NPT x 1/2” in diameter.

We are looking for a dual fuel range in that the stove portion is powered by gas and the oven portion is powered by electric. The sales people at Best Buy tell me most of their ovens, including this one (LRG3085ST), have an oven powered by electric but I can't find anything on-line to support that. Everything I see just says gas.
Also, our power will be 40 AMP, 240 VOLT, the Best Buy sales people also tell me that this matches all ovens and I'm also not so sure about that. Can you confirm that for the LRG3085ST?
Finally, if, in fact, the Best Buy sales people are incorrect, can you point me at LG ranges that do meet my specs (dual-fuel and 240 on 40.
Thanks,

This is a gas oven. What's electric is the ignition system for the gas.
