Answer:
The stove top BURNERS CAN BE USED in a power outage with a BBQ type lighter . The igntors are electric and will not ignite in a power outage. The OVEN WILL NOT WORK in a power outage as it also has an electric ignitor. There is a safety on the oven which will not allow the oven to be lit with a lighter as this is extremely dangerous.

Answer:
Generally speaking, a gas stove can often work if you have matches for ignition. The unit will not ignite by just turning the knob due to the control board being powered by electricity.

Answer:
Yes, the LRG3097ST does come with the griddle.

The non-stick coated griddle provides an extra-large cooking surface for meats, pancakes or other food usually prepared in a frying pan or skillet.

Thank you.

Answer:
Open door, look at the hinge and you can see a locking lever. Use a flat blade screwdriver to swing the lever back toward you. Repeat on the other side. Swing the door up until it is in the 3/4 closed position. You can now lift the door away from the oven.

Answer:
I apologize, but we do not have any documentation available concerning the installation of the LP gas orifice. This is a task that is to be performed only by a licensed gas installer/technician. If they have difficulty in performing this task, then they may certainly contact our Technical Support Department for assistance.
