Expensive just because counter depth, otherwise a good refrigerator. I would prefer larger vegetable bins by eliminating small middle bin and option to eliminate full width drawer. I find the interior too cut up and would prefer more flexibility. I still prefer having freezer on top. Also, finding young children can not access the lower shelves easily to help themselves due to freezer on the bottom.

Really happy with this product, little expensive just because you want a counter depth, but overall worth the money. We were worried about storage space but this fridge has plenty of room for our family of two. very easy to keep clean inside and outside. Ice maker works great and there is no need to buy water filters as this model does not have one which is a money saver in itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by pinkribbonchef Best counter depth refrigerator we could find
We were limited in choice by the space vacated by the dying old refrigerator. We wanted a bottom freezer and french doors, without the potential headache that ice and water dispensers bring. This was it. It took some time adjusting the shelves just so as the door shelves do not but it works perfectly for our needs now. The door on the left with the lip often will not close properly unless you tuck the lip in especially when both doors are open but it is another friendly reminder at mindfulness which I find quite welcome.

However...Why have two doors if you have to open them both to get to the "Cheese/platter" drawer or to the middle veg. drawer? The door shelves are not adjustable which means if you want to put an opened wine bottle in the fridge, you have to make one shelf very low, taking up a lot of space. The light on the top is in the way. Why not make it flush? I still haven't figured out how to get the cheese drawer out for cleaning as the doors do not open to 90°. And last but not least if you are not in the kitchen the open door alarm is inaudible. Otherwise I love it. Oh. also. it is a shame that those of us replacing smaller units in homes with smaller doors have to pay more (twice the price for 25% less space) There is no competition for counter depth. Also, how about a wine rack for this unit?

Rated 4 out of 5 by OntheBayou Just the Refrigerator we were hoping for!
After much researching, we decided on this refrigerator for our kitchen remodel. We have owned top freezer, bottom freezer and side by side. Have also owned ice maker and water in the door, but decided on this LG product because it was perfect....no water/ice in the door; has bottom freezer and is cabinet depth. We are very pleased aesthetically and mechanically. Well done LG!

Rated 3 out of 5 by sarah this product had to be serviced within 6 months
the freezer drawer jammed within few months of use and had to call the technician for repair and service. we had freezers of other brands without any problems for years of use. it was very disappointing. not worth the money spent on this.

This is the most user friendly refrigerator I've ever owned. It is roomy, plenty of shelf and door saver space and extremely quite. It also produces cube ice which is far better than crescent ice.
