Perfect for reduced spaces
This refrigerator already surpasses all my expectations after 8 weeks with a flawless interior design for high capacity in a fridge of 33 in width. Folding, retractable and adjustable shelves make it possible for storage of tall items. Adjustable bins on the doors are perfect for gallon size containers. The water/ice dispenser is practical even for its reduced design that fits on the door; and easy to use buttons with digital display. Very quiet operation. Thumbs up on everything.

A Full Featured 33" Wide Refrigerator - We love it
We have owned this model for about six weeks. It replaced a 15 year old side by side Jenn Air model that was starting to experience major issues. This refrigerator is head and shoulders better than the one we got in design and general operation.
Our primary need was a black colored fridge of no more than 33" inch width due to the specific space requirements in our kitchen. Secondary needs (desires) were a french door model with exterior water/ice dispenser. After a bit of research it became apparent that there are very few choices in the market to meet our needs. Of those available this LG model ranked highest in feature set for the price and seemed to get the most consistent best user reviews. We were fortunate to find it in stock locally on sale for $500 off retail. Sold.
First off this unit met all our needs/desires listed above. Second, it provided the most usable refrigerator space of the units we considered. That's in large part due to the slim line ice maker located in the door (more on the ice maker later). The interior of the fridge compartment features four, split adjustable shelves, with one being partially retractable to provide space for tall containers on the shelf below it. There are three vegetable crisper drawers, two of which provide adjustments for humidity, and one full width glide-n-serve drawer with a separate temperature adjustment for meats or deli items. There are six easily adjustable door bins, two which are gallon container depth sized, along with a small dairy (think butter) bin.
Especially nice is the slim line ice maker in the door which helps maximize the interior space. Other manufacturers place their ice makers in the main refrigerator compartment, thus reducing possible space for regular items. The slim line design does reduce the amount of ice storage compared to these other units, but we have yet to find it to be insufficient for our needs, The refrigerator comes with an ice bucket located in the top drawer of the bottom freezer so if we need more ice we can simply dump ice from the ice maker for storage there. Removal of the ice maker bin is actually quite easy. Ice cubes and crushed ice as well as water are dispensed through the door. Particularly nice is that a tall pitcher, up to 12" height) can fit beneath the dispenser.
The bottom freezer comprises one pull out drawer with a full width shallow drawer including removable ice bucket and two bins beneath with an adjustable divider.
Controls for this model are easy to use - all being located on the outside front - with both fridge and freezer temp settings visible by simple button push. It features an energy saving mode which is easily overridden to force faster ice production. The front controls display fridge and freezer temperature settings as well as the water filter remaining life.
Dislikes? The only real criticism I can find with this refrigerator is the inability to get the front doors properly aligned vertically relative to one another (the right door is visibly approximately 1/4" higher than the left door). I have correctly leveled the unit as instructed by the owner's manual and have adjusted each door using their adjusting screw mechanisms as much as it seems possible and am still unable to get the doors into proper alignment. Fortunately the misalignment does not appear to have any negative effect on the operation of the unit.
Overall I rate this an excellent refrigerator. It runs extremely quiet, so quiet that I sometimes think its not running at all. It holds temperature setting spot on (checked by use of a thermometer) and provides both great convenience and storage. When I get some free time I will expend spend more effort on the door alignment issue to see if I can improve it.

We are soooo proud of this refrigerator
This refrigerator is - first of all - so classy looking. Our guests eyes immediately see the frig and are impressed. Of course, beauty is only superficial.. Inside, it is incredible. I has every possible convenience we could ask for. My wife is handicapped and uses a "cart" to get around. The small doors allow her to stand directly in front of the frig and open the doors. We LOVE our new refrigerator.

We have had the fridge for a week and we love it. It provides so many things that we did not have with our old fridge (22 + yrs old). It is wonderful to see what is in the fridge without having to move everything and bend down to see the lower shelves.
Our only wish is that there had been a second half shelf available for the left/wider side in order to accommodate more tall items. We didn't realize that we had so many tall items until we tried to fit them all in.
