Run the LG Health App and create your profile (gender, age, height, weight).
Entering information in your profile will automatically display your BMI,
recommended body weight and amount of exercise.
Tap on the map / road-shaped icon on the top right to activate the exercise type mode (disabled by default). Activating the exercise type (jogging, walking, biking, hiking, roller-blading) will automatically find the activity type even if you don’t select it yourself, and display features close to actual amount of exercise.
Begin your workout with LG Health activated. You can check and record your actual movement.
Tap "End Workout" after your session to see the total amount of exercise and burned calories in easy-to-view graphs and numbers. Now start your workout!
