Get To Know What The LG Laser TV Can Do

Besides being a groundbreaking television, your LG Laser TV also comes with some intelligent features that are designed to last and help protect you from harm.

Long-Lasting Lamp

The light source of your laser TV is not like that of a standard projector TV. The laser technology in your LG TV can actually power the internal lamp for up to 25,000 hours.

Tru-Laser Technology
Laser Logo
The sophisticated laser diode based light source provides brilliant full 1080p HD picture quality undiminished by brightly lit surroundings, allowing for a comfortable and smooth viewing experience for long periods of time. And its thin, Anti-Reflection screen also prevents glare and reflections, which also makes the picture more natural and comfortable on your eyes.

Note: It is common for the upward projection of the laser to create a slight halo of light on your ceiling. This is not a sign of malfunction, but rather a product of the laser diode technology used to power your Laser TV. The level of light glare depends on the light levels in your room and the distance between your Laser TV and the ceiling.

Eye Care Safety Sensor
Laser Sensor Eye Warning

In order to help protect your eyes from direct exposure to the ultra-bright light of the optical lens, your Laser TV has a built-in sensor. As you get closer to the TV, the sensor detects your presence and automatically lowers the brightness of the screen. This dimming function is there to help protect your eyes. The screen will get brighter again if you move away from the screen.
