Check the control panel for an error code
An error code can indicate an internal problem with the unit causing the issue.

Check the inlet hoses for bends or kinks
The wash or spin cycle can cause the washer to move slightly due to vibration, this can cause the inlet hoses to become bent or crushed restricting water flow.
If the hoses are severely bent, turning off the faucet, separate it from the washer and straighten it. -
Check the water supply connection
If the water supply is partially opened, it can cause filling to take longer than expected. Open the water valve fully and see if the problem continues.

Clean the inlet filters
Over time, the filters can become clogged from sediment buildup or foreign objects such as sand or rust. This can affect water speed flowing in the washer.
1Turn off the water supply connected to the washer.
2 Remove the end of the inlet hoses connected directly to the washer. (A towel/bucket is recommended to collect access water in the inlet hose).
3 Find the inlet filter and pull it out using your fingers or pliers, and clean away any buildup and foreign objects.
4 Reinstall the inlet filters and reconnect the inlet hoses to the washer.
5 Turn on the water supply connected to the washer.

If during the winter months, check if the water connection is frozen.
1 Disconnect the inlet hoses from the washer and open the faucet to check whether water comes out.
2 If no water comes out, soak a towel with hot water, and then wrap it around the faucet for 5 minutes to thaw the faucet.
3 Thaw the disconnected inlet hoses with warm water of 122°F or lower.
4 Reconnect the water supply hose to the washing machine when it is completely free of ice.
