The vast majority of vacuums sent to our repair center are not actually defective. They are merely clogged with dust and debris. The video below will explain in detail.

 

The video discusses the 3 areas you should keep clean on your vacuum:

1)       The main canister chamber.

2)       Inside the vortex chamber (the two side doors near the top).

3)       The main filter (in the top of the canister).
