Error Codes - Dehumidifier

Select the error code that is showing on the dehumidifier's display for the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

CH 24 Error Code

A CH 24 error code indicates a pressure switch error.

  1. Make sure the air filter to the unit is clean.
  2. Remove any items or reposition the unit so that the air flow is not obstructed.
  3. Perform a reset on the unit by unplugging it for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Restore power to the unit. If the issue occurs again, the unit will require repair service.
CH 67 Error Code

A CH 67 error code indicates a fan lock error.

  1. Unplug the dehumidifier from the wall outlet.
  2. Allow the unit to remain unplugged for 3 minutes.
  3. Restore power to the unit. If the issue occurs again, the unit will require repair service.
CH 01/02/03 Error Code

A CH 01, 02, or 03 error code indicates electronic abnormalities, such as a humidistat or main board issue. Unplug the dehumidifier for 10 seconds to reset the unit. Restore power to the unit. If the issue occurs again, the unit will require repair service.
