The LG Chromebase Monitor uses Google Cloud Print, a technology that connects your printer to the web, allowing you to print from anywhere with Internet access (including locations outside of your home).
Google Cloud Printer Setup
- To check if your printer is Cloud Print capable, please visit Cloud Ready Printers.

Follow the instructions for your printer manufacturer at Cloud Ready Printers.

Make sure to use the Google account associated with your Chrombase when setting up your Cloud Print Ready printer.
Required:
- Another computer that can be connected directly to the printer, to serve as the access point to the printer.
- Internet Access.
- A Google account.
- If using Windows XP, make sure Service Pack 3 is installed.
To Setup Cloud Print:-
Plug your printer into your other computer and install/open Google Chrome Browser.

Once Chrome is open, go to Chrome Settings at the top-right of the browser.

Click Settings.

From the Settings Menu, click the Show advanced settings link near the bottom of the browser.

Locate the Google Cloud Print section, then click the Manage button.

In the Classic printers section, click Add printers.

If you haven't signed-in to Chrome with your Google account, you will be prompted to do so now. The cloud printer(s) you add will be associated with the Google account you use during this step (or the account you're currently signed in with), so please ensure this account is the one being used with your Chromebase.

A list of available printers will be shown. Fill in the checkboxes next to the printers you want to use, then click the Add printer(s) button.
