COPY PICTURES ON THE SD CARD USING THE LG NITRO

Pictures can only be captured and saved to a microSD card installed in your phone. By default, Pictures captured on your phone are saved to the \DCIM\Camera folder on the microSD card.

To copy pictures from your microSD to a computer:

  1. Connect your phone to the USB port on your computer.

  2. Tap Mass storage  to enable your computer to read your microSD card (your phone will act as a memory card reader).

  3. On your computer, navigate to your phone and open the Camera folder.

    • For PC - Go to My Computer > Phone (may display as Removable Disk) > DCIM > Camera.
    • For MAC - Go to Devices > Phone (may display as Hard drive or Disk) > DCIM > Camera.
  4. Select the picture file(s) you want to copy, then save to your computer.

    • For PC - Right Mouse Click on the picture file(s) and select Copy, select a folder on your computer to save to, Right Mouse Click in the new folder and select Paste.
    • For MAC - Hold down the Ctrl key then mouse click on the picture file(s) and select Copy, select a folder on your computer to save to, Hold down the Ctrl key then mouse click and select Paste in the new folder.

Note: To copy pictures without keeping the original on your microSD card, select Cut instead of Copy.

  1. When finished copying files, open notifications and select Mass Storage > Charge only on your phone then disconnect the USB cable.

  1. Connect your phone to the USB port on your computer.

  2. Tap Mass storage  to enable your computer to read your microSD card (your phone will act as a memory card reader).

  3. On your computer, navigate to your phone.

    • For PC - Go to My Computer > Phone (may display as Removable Disk).
    • For MAC - Go to Devices > Phone (may display as Hard drive or Disk).

Note: To better organize your pictures, create a new folder on your phone, then name the folder.

  • For PC - Right Mouse Click and select New > Folder, then name your new folder.
  • For MAC - Hold down the Ctrl key then mouse click and select New Folder.
  1. Copy pictures from your computer to a folder on your microSD card.

  2. When finished copying files, open notifications and select Mass Storage > Charge only on your phone then disconnect the USB cable.
