CAMERA & VIDEO USING THE LG OPTIMUS G PRO E980

Your LG Optimus G Pro is equipped with an advanced 13 mega pixel full HD camera.


  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  > Camera

  2. Holding the phone horizontally, point the lens towards the subject you want to photograph.

  3. A focus box will appear in the center of the viewfinder screen. You can also tap anywhere on the screen to focus on that spot.

  4. When the focus box turns green, the camera has focused on your subject.

  5. Touch  to capture the photo.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  > Camera  > slide the Mode switch button  to Video mode.

  2. The viewfinder will appear on the screen. Holding the phone horizontally, point the lens toward the subject of the video.

  3. Tap   once to start recording.

  4. Tap   to stop recording.

Notes: Tap  to pause while you're recording. Press  to begin recording again.

Touch and hold the preview thumbnail in the bottom right corner of the screen to preview the first frame of the last video captured. To delete the video, drag your finger over the trashcan icon and release.  The video is now deleted.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  > Camera

  2. Tap Settings  > Help  for a list of available settings for the Camera.

  3. Slide the mode switch button  to Video mode.

  4. Tap Settings  > Help  for a list of available settings for the Camera.

Notes: Settings availability depends on front and rear-facing Camera.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  > Camera

  2. In the viewfinder, tap  to open the Advanced options menu. You can change the camera settings by tapping through the list.

  3. In the viewfinder, tap  to open the Mode menu. You can change the camera modes by tapping through the list.
