LG STYLO 2 SPRINT LS775 SOFTWARE UPDATE

The latest software for the LG Stylo 2 for Sprint is software version LS775ZVB.


To check software version:

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  icon > Settings  icon > General tab > About phone   icon

  2. Tap Software info.

  3. View the current software under Software version.


Select software for more info:

    • Sprint ID 4.2.18
    • Android Security Update (2017-09-01)
    • Audio mute issue
    • Android Security Update (2017-05-01)
    • Android Security Update (2017-02-01)
    • Mexico roaming issue
    • Android 7.0 Nougat software update

Software Update

  1. When the software update is available, the update icon will display in the status bar at the top of the screen. Swipe down from the top and tap the notification.

  2. Tap RESTART & INSTALL.

Note: If prompted, connect to a Wi-Fi network to download the software update.

  1. Your device will restart to perform the update.

  2. When the update is complete, your phone will restart and transition through a series of alerts stating Android is upgrading.


Troubleshooting

Note: Your device's date and time must be set correctly to receive the latest update. Go to Settings > Date & Time (may be found under General Tab) to set.

If your devices has not updated, you can manually check if a new software update is available.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps  icon > Settings  icon > General tab > System updates  icon

  2. Tap Check for new system update to manually check for a new update.

  3. You will be prompted if a new software update is available, tap Download now. Continue from Software Update, step 1.

Sprint currently only offers the software update via Over-the-Air. Please contact your service provider if you are having issues receiving your update.
