All LG customers are encouraged to register their new LG product and receive benefits from being an LG owner. Product Registration allows us to help you make the most of LG innovation. The support professionals at LG are looking forward to sharing valuable tips, Energy-saving suggestions, Smart ideas from other LG owners, and special offers that bring you new ways to enjoy LG's state-of-the-art thinking.
Once your product is registered, you can use your account to enter the MyLG customer portal. MyLG is a free program for all LG product-owners to manage their communication with LG. You can view and manage your entire inventory of registered LG products, leave a product review, ask & answer product questions, find helpful information about your LG products, and take advantage of great services & exclusive offers.
Learn About LG Smart World
All customers who own connected LG products such as the Smart TV, Smart ThinQ appliances, Smart Air Conditioners, and Smart mobile phones are encouraged to register their new LG product and receive benefits from being an LG owner. LG Smart World provides a unified LG account ID and password that allows for software downloads, App purchases, and connected services including the LG Cloud for LG Smart products.
