What is the resolution for model 37LC7D?

I have this TV, Netflix keeps blowing up, I think it is defaulted to the wrong resolution. I can't find it listed in the manual, can you please tell me what it is?

Answer: 
We appreciate your interest in this television. The native resolution of this TV is 1366x768p, which is a 720p resolution. To get the best picture quality, set your PC graphics card to 1360x768. If this resolution is available to your computer, the vertical frequency will need to be 59.799Hz. If your graphics card is only capable of a standard 60.00Hz, then set your resolution to 1024x768.

The buttons on my tv (37LC7D) keep pushing themselves

For some reason, the tv is constantly turning itself up, or turning itself down. The other day it even went through the process of scanning for channels all without a single button being pressed. The remote wont work while the unit is pressing it's own button either, I have to wait for a gap between these annoying phantom button presses. That being said, the solution should be simple.
If I can disable the buttons on the TV (and rely solely on the remote) then I will have a perfectly usable TV again.
I was unable to find steps to do this in the TV manual.
I think the way to do this may be in some kind of hidden service menu, but I can't find the password for that menu on my model.
I would really like to be able to use this TV again.
Any ideas?

We regret the trouble you have experienced with this television. There is a method for deactivating the controls on the front of the TV. This can be done in the OPTIONS menu, by activating the KEY LOCK feature. However, it seems unlikely that this would actually resolve such a situation. It is more likely that there is a problem with the control board that operates each of these different features. The TV will likely require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair....

I apologize, but no; this television has no LAN port, and with this, has no networking capabilities at all. In order to obtain all the online features that are available on our Smart TVs, including Netflix, but without having to obtain an entirely new TV or player, it is recommended to obtain the Smart TV Upgrader, model SP520 which will allow the Smart TV features which are available through the LG Apps Store. My 32 inch tv takes almost an hour to come on.

model 32LC7D-UB - It works fine once it is on with no other issues.
