Horrible Picture & Atrocious Audio
Audio is atrocious on this model- sounds like a transistor radio, no low end to speak of & so treble heavy it is literal painful. Picture is blocky & any time text appears on the screen (credits, subtitles) you can see square/rectangular edges around it. motion artifacts anytime there is any fast motion on the screen. its like watching television on one of those old Lite Bright toys. only set parameters for adjusting aspect ratio- no manual way to zoom in on non anamorphic pictures- only choice of window boxing or stretching. black levels are awful. menu screens are confusing. absolutely worst television i have ever owned.

Great picture and fits older entertainment center
Very clear and bright picture. Two DVI inputs as well as component inputs. Low power usage and runs cool.
We had the TV quit working after about 7 months and the warranty was handled very quickly and efficiently. LG contracted and had a service company come to our home and fix the TV. Best customer service I can ever remember having in my 50 year life!!
Thank you LG for a great product and fantastic customer service. I will prefer LG products from now on.

Don't make this mistake
This is the worst consumer mistake I've ever made. I ordered this model after researching it and noticing several positive reviews. It arrived in early December and I was very pleased with it. It is sleek, was very easy to set up, and had a great picture. Unfortunately, out of the blue it simply stopped working last week (late July). The television does not respond to the power button at all. After researching the problem online, this seems to be a common defect. Buying a television that turns out to be garbage is disappointing enough, but buying this particular television is worse, because dealing with getting it repaired or replaced is an absolutely atrocious experience. So far I have dealt primarily with the manufacturer. LG has failed to be helpful or responsive, and, with a few exceptions, has been exceedingly unpleasant to speak with. If you're considering buying this television, spare yourself the aggravation.
