It is unknown where this particular model might be obtained. This model was released in 2009, and has since been discontinued, when it was replaced by other models twice since then. Answer: 
The MKV files must be created using one of the following video codecs: H.264/AVC, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4 SP , MPEG4 ASP. For proper audio, for the MKV files, the file must be recorded with one of the following audio codecs: Dolby Digital, HEAAC, AAC, MPEG, MP3, LPCM. These are the only formats compatible with this file type for this television.
