Answer:
That's an extremely hard question to answer since there may be MANY factors causing the issue such as 1# You did not properly setup the wireless connection properly # wrong password or your router is not allowing the TV to connect because of security issues ). 2) Your router is out of range. 3) Your router does not support the selected protocol.

I would strongly suggest that you go back and repeat the internet setup.

Answer:
I had the same problems:
1. My wireless router was on the floor above the TV about 15 ft. away - was told ceiling interfering.
2. It worked intermittently after I switched to WEP Shared(Weak security - not supported by Windows 8.
3. I bought a Power line 'wired' device about $50, which simulates a wired connection by plugging into a wall power connection.
4. Was able to switch back to WPA security for all my other wireless device
5. Network and Internet now work fine.

Answer:
I would try starting with no security on your wireless network to see if it connects. If it does, try setting your router to a different security protocol (e.g., WPA-PSK).

How do I disable TruMotion for the Netflix app?

The TruMotion "feature" is ironically named given that it ruins the image. All it seems to do for Netflix is abnormally speed the video playback which is quite distracting. I would like to disable it, but the only option for the Netflix app is to exit Netflix.

Answer:
I'm answering my own question. The answer is a bit of a hack.

1. Go to the All Apps page and open the Settings app.
2. Start Netflix or your other app.
3. Hold the Home button on the remote until the application switcher appears.
4. Switch to the Settings app and use it to disable TruMotion.
5. Press the Back button on the remote until the Settings app is closed.

No. It comes with a standard floor/entertainment center stand. It works with most VESA 400mm x 700mm wall mounts though.

We appreciate your interest in this television. As it stands, the TV itself does not have settings available for using any languages separate from English. While a keyboard for another language can be connected via USB port, we cannot guarantee its operation.
