I cannot access any premium (already subscribed to) premium services. The screen says that I need to upgrade the software however there is no place to do so and I cannot use the internet based nteflix service because it's not a computer. There is no problem with my older model LG.

How to reset internet key on the TV SCREEN?

Registration NOT working!

I've tried to register my TV twice, by using the registration feature installed on the TV and both times failed! It reads that the TV was registered on my TV, but when I come here to the online LG site, login and go to my registered products...it' reads I have NO registered products.

The symptom you have described is the actions of the Intelligent Sensor adjustment of the brightness, in relation to the ENERGY SAVING features. Either of these can be deactivated in the PICTURE menu in order to prevent this effect from occurring.
