I see Hulu Plus and Netflix are listed as having native support on the TV. What about Amazon Prime?

Answer:
Amazon Prime worked great for the first 2 weeks I had this TV then quit when LG automatically updated the operating system. After a few days without Amazon I began a trial and error hunt for an update. I eventually found out LG had a secret update available for Amazon that had to manually download. Now Amazon is working again.

Answer:
Yeah, but I dont recommend this model because adobe flash player 10 is not compatible with it. This will prevent you from watching most of the videos on your web browser. Unless they add it to their app store dont invest in this model.

No. I've searched the web and spoke to LG tech support. I dont recommend purchasing any LG models that dont come with adobe unless it becomes available in their app store.

We appreciate your interest in this television and its features. The latest information received states that the WebOS televisions do not support Flash Player in any version. They do, however, support HTML5 video. Any other video will only be available through one of the WebOS apps.

Processor - LB6300

1) The processor in the LB6300 - is it dual-core or quad-core?
2) Can you please also provide the processor's make and model?
3) Are you actually able to browse the web on the LB6300 without a custom app (ie. go to youtube.com without using a youtube app)? On last year's model (2013) the processor and RAM were too slow to view anything on the web without an app.
4) Why has LG hidden the processor information everywhere I look? Are they using inferior processors compared to those by Samsung and the rest of the competition?

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the LG 55LB6300 55" 1080p 120Hz Smart LED. This TV does not have a processor in it. In fact, the LB series in the 55" TVs do not have a processor. The Models that have a dual core processor would be the GA, LA and LN series.
As for the browser, if you have a full web browser, you do not need an app to access internet content, but you have to remember the LG Smart TV features a built-in web browser that lets you search the Internet for a particular website by URL or your Favorites list and It supports up to Flash 11, but does not support platform-dependent technology like ActiveX. The web browser only replays the following media file formats - JPEG/PNG/GIF. Not all websites will be available for download, because of size and content.
Your proximity from the router can affect the speed of the downloads or the speed of the router itself. If you're too far from the router, try a Wi-Fi range extender, that should help. If you need more information on the processors used in other models, please contact Customer Information Center at (800)243-0000...IFV

We appreciate your interest in this television. The settings for the Factory Default settings are those optimal configurations for the TV itself. However, the best image can vary according to the room in which it is being viewed. As such, the settings should be set according to your personal preference. If you continue to have difficulty with these settings, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 to troubleshoot the matter.
