We appreciate your interest in our products. The majority of our Home Theater Systems include either a DVD player or a BluRay player. The only exceptions are our Sound Bars. Information on these devices can be reviewed on our website at http://www.lg.com/us/tv-audio-video....

Answer:
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this television. It is recommended to unplug both the TV and the Media Box, and allow it to sit for about 30 seconds. After this time, reconnect both devices to the power supply. If the unit still does not operate, then the TV may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair....

LG's Top-of-the-line LCD HDTV series delivers superior picture quality, including a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, in an ultra-slim design (less than 1" at its thinnest point). Unlike LCD LED HDTVs that use "edge" lighting technology, LG's LHX uses a full array of LED backlights with local dimming technology for precise picture control - resulting in deeper blacks and a wide color gamut. And, because it’s wireless, the LHX allows for greater room design flexibility.
