Answer:
Well I did some tests, and the answer is, If you would like to connect or instance mouse - no problem I tested my LG TV with microsoft mouse (one of my really old mouse). Than I tried wireless keyboard from SILVERCREST.This keyboard is packed wirh wirelless mouse and reslut is that mouse worked not so goog - like missing DPI or CPI. And keyboard as well, I was not able to write my password corectly because of bad "reading" of the LG TV. It means, I presed L U K A S, and on LG TV was something like LL U A SS. So after few attemps I did it but it wasnt comfortable for each day use. IMPORTANT - I got LG LM660S smart 3D TV. After this test I did test ith same keyboard and mouse on my notebook, to be sure that problem is in TV not in keyboard, and on NB it worked without problems.

Answer:
I emailed LG customer service about this as well. They stated that LG does not have anything like a wireless key board on the market. I tried connecting my PC's wireless keyboard, but the TV system didn't recognize the hardware. Hope this helps.

Answer:
The Smart TVs are also compatible with a USB Keyboard through the web browser. Some apps will have limited support. We cannot guarantee the operation of a wireless keyboard.

Answer:
You do not need to purchase a new router unless your router is more than 2 years old and the only need to replace a router older than 2 years is the speed issue. The newer routers are much faster and if you plan to watch movies via your TV and your home network, you will need to have a router that may transfer your internet WiFi data at the fastest possible rate.

How do I access Picture in Picture?

The sales guy showed me on the spec sheet that this model had PIP but I can't find it anywhere in the guide or settings. It was a dealbreaker when I bought it. I'll be angry if this model doesn't have it.

I also wanted that feature but after doing a lot of online homework, this model does not have it. You need two receivers for Pip. Without a second source, this couldnt work anyway. Sorry

Answer:
The USB port is capable of operating with many types of MP3 players. However, if the player requires specialized software, such as Apple devices (iPod, etc.) then it will likely not be possible to use the specific device. We regret any inconvenience you may experience in this matter.

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this television. The cables to be used will depend upon the other devices to which it is to be connected. This TV can still be connected to a standard antenna, standard cable or a cable box, or a satellite receiver, in exactly the same manner as with the older television. For more specific information, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 and advise of what connections were previously used with how many different devices.
