Answer:
We had something similar - not sure if this will solve your problem - but we weren't getting the HD picture despite having the HD signal and channels on our cable and picture was also stretched when put into 16:9 - we happened into the "Smart TV" area with the remote button and there are settings for input there and we changed it to "HDMI" from the default setting (Standard I think?) and once that setting was changed - the picture was fine!

Answer:
We cannot determine the cause of this matter without troubleshooting the situation. I understand that you have HD service. What is the OUTPUT RESOLUTION of your cable box? Is it 1080p, or 720p? Is the original aspect ratio of the video set to 16:9 or some other ratio? Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for additional troubleshooting, and service should it prove to be required.

LG 55LV5400 usb question ?

I tried to plug a new 64 GO in one of my usb drive on the television, it doesn't see it, It works with smaller USB key, any idea if it because of the size of the format size FAT32 or others ?

Answer:
The format size could play a role in this issue, however it is most likely because the motherboard inside the TV may not be suited to handle a 64GB flash drive. Typically, motherboard manufacturers will set a maximum capacity for devices inserted into the USB slots of the motherboard. This maximum is usually the highest or second highest amount of flash space available on the market. This would explain why smaller flash drives work in the TV but not your 64GB. I hope this helped.

Yes, this television can be connected to a network. It appears that one of the provided accessories is the Wireless LAN for Broadband/DLNA adaptor. It also has a LAN port for a wired connection.
