Our offices, in the United States, do not have product information for Canada. In order to obtain such information, it is recommended to check our subsidiary’s website, at http://www.lg.com/ca_en/index.jsp. You may also contact our Canada offices at 1-888-542-2623.

Answer:
Yes. Like all plasma screens, this TV is susceptible to screen burn-in. Manual recommends not keeping a static picture on the screen for more than 1 hour. Extensive use of letterboxes can also eventually lead to burn in. While most burn-in is temporary and can be rectified with time, the longer an image appears, the more likely it is to become permanent. That being said, I have had another Sony plasma screen for almost 10 years now and have no indication of any burn-in.

How do I save the advanced picture settings?

I made changes to settings in Picture Expert Control, including IRE settings. But I found all the changes have been reset when I turned the TV back on. I've also notice all other basic picture settings also reset to the default. Is something wrong with my unit?

Answer:
Kind of a late response, but yes, this TV can be wall mounted. According to the manual, it has standard VESA mounting holes, so any bracket that can accomodate a VESA 400x400 mount and designed to hold the weight (80lbs) will work to mount this TV. LG makes a specific mount with part number PSW420BX that you can use as a reference.

Plasma TVs are renowned for their deep, black levels and crisp picture quality. LG has combined Full HD 1080p resolution with our 600Hz Max Sub Field driving to make every frame of video brighter and clearer, so fast-motion is practically free of unpleasant blur.
