Answer:
According to our specifications, our plasma panels have an expected life of over 60,000 viewing hours. This estimation can vary, depending upon the brightness settings being used, and how frequently the ISM White Wash feature is used.

Answer:
No, this television will not playback movie files from a USB drive. According to your owner’s manual, on page 62, the movie list is available on models 42/50PT250U and the 50/60PV550U. The model 60PV450 is only compatible with .JPG and .MP3 files from a USB drive.

Answer:
If the television has sound, but no picture, then there are at least 2 possibilities: either the video cable has come loose, and needs to be re-seated; or the unit is having some manner of hardware issue. If the later is the case, then the unit will likely require service. To make service arrangements, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

Screw size needed to attach wall mount to back of LG 60PV450

I have a "Level Mount" wall mount kit that I had my old Plasma mounted to the wall with. It will hold a TV up to a 65" and 200lb as it is mounted now. There is no reason to change it but the screws supplied with it are to large for this TV and I need to know what length and thread size I need to screw into the back of this TV.

Answer:
The model 60PV450 utilizes four M8 standard machine screws in a 600mm x 400mm pattern. Screw length needed depends on the wall mount used. For further information, refer to the instructions included with the mount.
