Setup for the "non-computer" savvy generation is a little confusing. could use some clearer instructions on troubleshooting for wi-fi hookup. After figuring out it was working great. Still all in all, this is a great TV with a lot of features.

This 70" Smart TV had the best picture of all 1080P sets I looked at, outstanding price, and WebOS. Overall just far and away the best choice for me.
The smart features extend to an easy to use display tweaking routine, ensuring an outstanding picture.
WebOS looks to be the most useful, intuitive, and (hopefully) extensible smart TV platform - I have high hopes for future enhancements.
My only nitpicks - would like to have the camera as a standard component vice an expensive add-on; and I can perceive some very minor variation in backlighting across the screen - but only on very bright images.

My issue with this tv is the picture itself. It looks like you're watching a soap opera. I may not be explaining it right, but I'm not happy with the way the picture comes across, especially when it is first turned on. After watching the tv for about 10-15 minutes, it looks better, but overall I'm not impressed with the quality look of the tv.

I purchased this TV in August and the internet has never worked. Today is the second time the LG technician is coming to try to get it to connect. The first time he came, I was told to hard wire the TV to my router....that is not why I purchased such a "smart" and expensive TV. It is my hopes that he will either fix it for good or approve to replace. Not happy to have such a TV and not able to enjoy all the features or the Netflix that I purchase each month.
