Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV Except... Bought this TV a few months ago. I love everything about it except the WIFI. Picture is clear and refined, Channel Plus feature and Sound is awesome. Mounted it on the wall and it looks amazing and it has a ton of settings for sound, picture, etc. With that said, the WIFI is very Uverse modem gives me 50mbps, but when I try watching Sling via the TV app over the TV wifi it buffers, stops, slows down, etc. My modem/wifi router is about 4 feet away. I have an Amazon stick in the TV and that plays Sling over WIFI with no issues. So everything else being equal (distance, wifi, content, Sling) the TV's WIFI seems sub par, unless I am missing something. And yes hard wire is great but its 2018 and WIFI should work since it was paid for. The TV has the 5ghz and my router has both 2.4ghz and 5ghz but the TV only shows 9mbs when the Amazon stick is showing over 30mbs (I used Netflix app to show the speed on both). Sadly, I am reminded of this each time I turn on the TV and have to Switch to HDMI 1 to watch content via an amazon box or stick. Makes me feel like I paid for a huge monitor.

Trying to watch Sling/Netflix via the App on the TV via WIFI and it buffers, slows down and pauses often. When I switch to HDMI with Amazon Firestick, Sling/Netflix works fine using same internet. My internet speed is 50mbps. How do I make TV WIFI better?
