Learn more about the design

One design embraces all

Designed for those who recognize the value of truly premium audio. With up-firing speakers to enhance sound diffusion for smoother high-pitch and low-pitch audio.

Disclaimer: Not pictured – Included TV-to-AV Box cable is required for TV operation. Please consult with your local installer for proper installation.

Cinematic Color
on Perfect Black

Picture night skies as dark as night skies themselves. Against the infinite, inky darkness of perfect black, colors pop and images come alive. LG OLED pixels are what make it all possible, each turning on and off individually for truly infinite contrast.

Dolby Vision™ and Dolby Atmos®. True Home Cinema.

LG OLED TV is the ultimate expression of a cinema-quality experience in the home. Premium content achieves the pinnacle of picture quality thanks to Active HDR with Dolby Vision™. The Dolby Atmos® audio is just as impressive, surrounding the audience as in the most advanced theaters.

Dolby Atmos® is a surround system where the sounds move according to the objects of the video. With the new LG OLED TV, the sounds seem to fly in all directions, up and down, left and right. It basically provides a 360 sound experience.

Bring Big Screen Sound to the Living Room

Straight from state-of-the-art theaters to the home, Dolby Atmos® creates sound that can appear to come from anywhere. Crickets all around. Explosions from above. A villain laughing behind. With LG OLED TV, audio becomes an incredibly realistic, immersive experience.

Enjoy the most HDR content

From brilliant brights to deepest darks, LG OLED TV offers the ultimate expression of high dynamic range. Unlike some other 4K televisions, LG OLED TVs support Dolby Vision™, optimizing the picture scene-by-scene, as well as the new backward-compatible HLG HDR standard so viewers get more options for premium content.

Learn more about Active HDR with Dolby Vision

LG OLED TV supports the premium HDR, Dolby Vision™ favored by renowned filmmakers from all over the world. LG OLED TV not only delivers Dolby Vision, but also offers compatibility with other HDR formats such as HDR10 and HLG.

LG OLED TV supporting premium HDR Dolby Vision™, processes Dolby Vision’s dynamic metadata* within each frame, to present the intended vision of the director in your very own living room. HDR10 and HLG are rendered by LG OLED TV’s exclusive processing. By applying dynamic data produced by LG TV processing on a scene-by-scene basis, all types of content is displayed with improved HDR quality.

Dolby, Dolby Atmos and the double-D symbol are registered trademarks of Dolby Laboratories. Dolby Vision is a trademark of Dolby Laboratories.

Gorgeous picture no matter how you look at it

From the front or from the side, every seat in the TV room gets a clear, vibrant picture without washed-out tones. The unique design of LG OLED TV assures that any view is a great one, not just for those in the center.

webOS 3.5 Smart TV

Queue up movies, TV shows, online content and more from top content providers then toggle between them with an impressively intuitive interface. Armed with the Magic Remote, seeing old and new favorites in cinematic LG OLED quality is as easy as a flick of the wrist and the press of a button.

What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Everyone's Cup Of Tea I truly have become an LG loyalist. I admire their technological advancements and design. This OLED65W7P is gorgeous. But I don't own it. Wish I could afford it, and if I could, wish I could fit it in my available space. Which brings me to my point. Why can't/won't LG offer this tech in a smaller spec? I wanted an LG OLED after viewing one at a retailer. My problem was compounded. Not only did LG not offer an OLED in the maximum size I could fit in my living room (43"), but the plaster and lath walls of my old house would not support its' weight. There were no studs in that area. This tech at 43" would have been ideal for my installation, and surely it would have cost less. I had to settle for another model LG 4K HD place it on a TV table.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing screen but Amazing screen but wish it did not have the sound bar and just a hide away box for connectivity, hope LG is listening. Willing to spend 8k but don't need that big sound bar already have a sound system. LG make a hideaway box for it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG, BRING 3D back! I have 55 OLED B Series 2016, 3D is AMAZING experience on such TV, all my friends are amazed and saying experience way better than in movie theaters. WHY it's no 3D support in 2017 models? Please bring it back in 2018.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks better, performs same as 2016 model I have a 2014 55" 1080 oled. I loved it so much I had to have the 2016 65" "E" model. I thought for sure that besides the 10 extra inches that it would make all the regular programs just that much better as well. It didn't. I have these 2 sets side by side in my living room as I like to watch sports, so by having 2 sets I can have the sound down on one and still watch multiple events. By having the 2 next to each other I can really compare the sets. The 2016 E is only better when watching a 4k show. And that difference is minimal. The 2014 1080 seems to be a bit sharper on all other programming. So if you are on the fence about price, I'd still try and buy the older models as there is not enough difference to justify the price on the 7, unless you absolutely want the thinner set. There are some benefits to the separate control box, like how the hdmi cables plug in on the 2016 model make it not fit very tight to the wall, but other than that it's the same tv. Also price should be dropping within the next 2 years as all other manufacturers are coming out with versions of oled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Quality Bought it a few months ago & I am very satisfied with the quality
Date published: 2017-02-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Opting for a 2016 3D model instead of this one I bought the 55" 1080p curved OLED specifically for the 3D, which was totally free of ghosting and my favorite consumer electronic product I ever bought. I opted for the LG 55" 1080p passive 3D OLED over 65" 4K active LED screens not just because the OLED was the most beautiful TV image I'd ever seen, but the 3D left all competitors in the dust. I'm with Manochism on the disappointment and disagree entirely with Kyleplier's response. Admittedly it's a niche market, but for those of us out there who are major fans of stereoscopy, this ain't no gimmick. Of the dozens of friends who have watched 3D movies in my living room, nobody ever complained about eyestrain. 3D is WAY more popular in Germany and the Pacific Rim countries, so I expect TV manufacturers will keep serving those markets for a few years, but it looks like 3D TVs are clearly about to get crazy expensive to acquire within the USA. I was going to wait a few months for a newer model before upgrading to LG's 65" 4K, but as a guy with a collection of 120+ 3D Blu-rays who plans on buying more in the future, I'd better grab a 2016 model this weekend while I still can. I can accept that I'm part of an oddball niche that's too small to be commercially viable, but I'm still bummed that LG hasn't continued to champion 3D technology as they have so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What I have been waiting for ! Except for .. I had the opportunity to check out at CES. Can't ask for much more. The additional brightness was a great improvement. Most that want to buy this product already have a great sound system. The "sound/power/connection bar" is a big thumbs down. I am hoping that there will be a wallpaper with a "connection box" model. if so I will be 1st in line!
