rinse and spin timer stuck

I'm rinse and spinning a small load. The timer starts at 14 minutes and sticks at 10 minutes. How can I get it to finish? Or count down to zero minutes?

Answer:
If the load is out of balance it will stop the time until it gets the load in balanced. Once it gets in balanced the time should continue to count down. Mine does that also.

Cleaning Rubber Seal inside door?

The rubber seal inside my LG WM2050CW is filthy. The only instructions I can find on line says, "Dilute beach and wash it down and then dry it." Seriously?! We are a relatively small family without unusually dirty clothes and the rubber seal is unreal (I am somewhat of a neat freak). Perhaps a better solution would be to run an empty load of diluted bleach or detergent through instead of speading an hour with a scrub brush just to have more reappear after the next load? There must be a better way.

Answer:
Hi SoftballSue2
I leave the washer door ajar after finishing my wash. I put the trash barrel in front of the door leaving the door open 3 to 4 inches. That seems to do the trick for me. No smell.

Answer:
While running a bleach cycle may be able to get some portion of the door gasket clean, this will not get the folds in the gasket clean, which is why we recommend an attempt to clean this by hand. It is also recommended to run the TUB CLEAN cycle once a month, to prevent any detergent buildup on the drum, and to leave the door slightly ajar between cycles to allow the unit to air dry. When sealed, the tub is air tight, so moisture cannot evaporate, allowing the inside of the machine to get musty. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.
