We appreciate your interest in this washing machine. According to our documentation, it is normal for a small amount of water to remain in the dispenser compartments at the end of a cycle.

Answer:
We regret the fact that your washer appears to move during a spin cycle. This can be caused by the unit not being level, the wash load not being balanced, or by the floor not being stable enough to withstand the impact of these spin speeds. If these do not appear to be the case, then the unit may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair....

Answer:
The dryer originally designed to match this washing machine is no longer manufactured. Another unit will have to be used instead. You might consider the DLE2240W or the DLEX3070W. These can be reviewed on our website at http://www.lg.com/us/dryers.

We appreciate your interest in this washing machine and its accessories. The WM2277W is one of the 27” units. It will need the STK1 kit. The preceding letter on the model numbers relates to the color of the finish.
