Answer:
This washing machine is designed only to be used with High Efficiency, Low Sudsing detergent. Excess suds will build up in the outer tub of this washing machine, which will, in turn, run a high risk of developing mold. The owner’s manual also states that using a regular detergent may cause oversudsing and unsatisfactory performance of the unit.

Answer:
The TUB CLEAN feature is activated using the EXTRA RINSE button. Open the door and remove any clothing that might be in the tub. Open the dispenser drawer and add liquid chlorine bleach to the Bleach Dispenser, then close the Dispenser, and the door, and press the EXTRA RINSE button for at least 3 seconds, followed by the START button. This should start the TUB CLEAN cycle. Operating instructions can be found on page 27 of your owner’s manual.
