Can I wash a regular king-size comforter in the 3.7cu.ft washer or do I need a bigger size washer? From the earlier question that was asked, my understanding is that this size will wash a queen-size comforter.

I've noticed that there is always residual water in the soap container, but never any left over soap. This seems very normal to me and I've not had any problems whatsoever.

Answer:
We regret the difficulty you have experienced with this washing machine. All the rinse cycles use COLD water. If the load is coming out hot, then it would be recommended to check to make sure the water lines have not been reversed. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

If you've got it on the second floor or on a crawlspace/basement under the main floor...you're pretty much out of luck. This is the curse of all front loaders.
