Answer:
I had this problem with my first front loader. Solution was to leave the door and dispenser open after the cycle ends. I continue to do this with my new front loader although after a day or 2 I partially close the door and slide the dispenser in half way.

Answer:
I use a product called Afresh to clean this washer about once a month. I keep the door cracked open and pull open, just a little bit, the detergent drawer to keep the washer dried out. It also wouldn't hurt to wipe down the clear plastic part of the door if you live in a real humid climate. I have had the mold problem with another front load I owned, but so far so good with this one as long as I take a moment to care for it at the end of my wash.

Answer:
After wash cycles, leave the door open. Wipe off the interior glass door and rubber seal and you will not have mold problems.

Answer:
I am not aware of any issues with mold growing in these machines. Mold growing is usually do to the owner not using the machine correctly. If you take out the washing and close the door while there is still water residue, you are virtually begging for mold to grow. Leave the door slightly open and presto the mold issue becomes moot

Answer:
Front load washers, from all manufacturers, require regular maintenance to maintain optimum performance. If this maintenance is not followed, residue can accumulate in the drum. Performance of proper maintenance, such as the use of the TUB CLEAN cycle is known to reduce or eliminate this occurrence.
