Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my new washer! I have had this washer for 3 months now and I LOVE it. It has all the features I need for my various laundry loads. It is fairly fast and it works so well to get my clothes fresh and clean. I literally get excited to do laundry now! April 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Washer I have had this washer for a couple of months now and its great. It cleans my clothes better then any washer I have ever had. Its easy and simple to use. I highly recommend this washer to everyone who need a awesome and dependable washer. April 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Washer I was very hesitant to purchase a top load HE washer because of the balance issues, and researched different makes and models before choosing an LG . I am glad I did. I have been using my LG washer for 3 months now and have experienced no balance issues or any other problems. Just make sure you level the machine, and load your clothes balanced all around the drum. You cant wash rubber backed rugs, but over all I am very pleased with this purchased. April 4, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Displeased With This Washer I have been experiencing some issues with this top load washer, specifically during the spin cycle. The washer has detected an out of balance load on ALL of my laundry washes. This seems to only happen during the spin cycle, prompting it to redistribute water to try and balance the load. My problem is it dosn't just do this once, it will continuously do this during a wash load until its right, wasting way too much water. This past month my water bill went sky high. I've sat in front of my washer during a session, just to see what it does, the spin cycle lasted about an hour(maybe more) because of the uE error; total time was about two hours! During this I also saw my washer display 29 minutes remaining then suddenly jump down to 22 and show the uE symbol and add water and jump up and down between numbers over and over. I've watched videos on how to load the washer and tried to wash like items together, to no avail. I've had this washer for almost a year now and I agree the first couple months were great, but its just gotten worse. April 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Washer! Have had this washer for a couple of months and love it! Quiet, fast and spins out a lot of water so clothes don't need to dry so long. April 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great machine I just washed a load of clothes on my new LG top loader. I love this machine not only does it look good, it also does a great laundry. My friends and family say it is the best looking machine they have seen. It is so easy to operate and the controls make it seem like a game. Keep on keeping on you are doing a great job. Rated 5 out of 5 by love it but it does get unbalanced Right after I bought this washer (and the matching dryer) Consumer Reports said that customers complained that the load unbalances This has happened to me twice since I got the washer about 6 weeks ago. I tried to wash a sleeping bag plus towels plus a lot of clothes in one load and the load unbalanced. The other time I tried to wash a comforter, a mattress cover, and 3 sheets in one load. The load unbalanced. I would advise not putting too many bulky items in the same load. Otherwise, I really like this machine: it washes really well and quietly. It takes me about 1 hour and 40 minutes to do a big load, including towels, from start to finished drying. It is not complicated to use-- I just choose my cycle by pushing one button and that's it. Even my teenage son enjoys doing laundry now. March 21, 2015
