Rated 5 out of 5 by Lady Laundry Room for More! Performance of a wringer washer with the fabric care of a front loader; options for speed wash and extra water a definite plus; super volume for bulky bedding and draperies; delicate thorough cleaning for sheers; the baby loves the transparent lid! Rated 5 out of 5 by Dan27 Everything works great The washer does a wonderful job. It is quiet and cleans very well. The only issue was the hose outlets in the back point straight out. We had to change the hoses to those with a right angle connection so that they would store behind the washer. April 18, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by sonidos Solidly built, excellent results I bought this washer to mate up with our LG dryer. We wanted a quality machine that will last a long time. I was worried about efficiency washing but I was nicely surprised to see that it does a wonderful job washing our clothes. I especially like that I can see a reduction in our water bill and detergent useage. I highly recommend this washer to family and friends! April 18, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by MizzJ Disappointed I have had this unit for 4 days now. It hasn't worked properly since day one. First - on the spin cycle, the unit has a vibration/shaking that is, IMHO, not normal. The unit is balanced, at least according to the installers and my level (although I don't own the best being a single woman#. I have tried to move the unit as instructed in the video #push down on it at all corners) - it doesn't budge so it feels like it's solidly connected to the floor. It doesn't jump off the floor when spinning - the entire unit just rocks and shakes and vibrates like crazy. Second - this unit is not as quiet as I would've expected. The "whump, whump, whump" sound as it's pumping out the water is very loud. The sound of the water entering the unit is also very loud. I think these are compounded due to the glass tap which isn't as good of a sound barrier as a solid metal top. Third - the unit front is not solid/firm. When you push on it to move the unit back into place, as I have to do by using my entire body, it bows inward and forms a dent. I've been lucky that the dent has disappeared, except for one time. Now I have a dented machine. There are some good points. It has a HUGE tub that washes a king size comforter with ease. Clothes come out smelling very fresh and the spin cycle takes out almost every single drop of water so that your dry time is considerably less. Bottom line - at the price paid for this unit, I am left extremely disappointed in the overall quality. I have never owned an LG product before and did a lot of online research before making this purchase. What I received is not what I anticipated or expected. March 11, 2015
