Answer:
The clicking sound might be caused by a zipper or metal button on your clothes, I'd remove that as a first troubleshooting step just to see if the clicking noise goes away.

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this washing machine. It is not normal for there to be any clinking noises generated by the washing machine. What type of clothing is being washed during this occurrence? What part of the cycle is engaged when this sound occurs? Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 to further troubleshoot this matter.

tOO MANY WRINKLES

When doing a delicate cycle, the clothes come out with "permanent" wrinkles which do not come out when dried. How do I prevent these wrinkles. Running the load on no spin doesn't pull out any water. I have clothes I am embarrassed to wear and I didn't buy no iron clothes to have to iron them and some of them can't be ironed. What is the solution that I can't figure out. Thank you.

I have found it impossible to follow your directions in order to find other reviews and/or to write my second review. I can't find my first review, nor can I find an answer to my question.

I have asked before how I am supposed to keep lint and hair from going from my new washer (back into my clothes) or into my septic tank and fouling my septic field. What is the filter on the bottom left supposed to catch, anyway ? Maybe a cat, but certainly not cat hair. Whatever it is, it would have to be very large to be trapped in that wide open filter.

Answer:
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this washing machine. Please confirm the model number in question, as the WT6001HVA top load machine does not appear to have a filter, other than the Inlet Water Valve Filter. Our front load washers do have a filter in the front, but this filter is designed to catch large objects, such as coins, etc., to keep them out of the pump motor.

Washer filling to slow message.

I have well water, and an iron filter which only allows the washer to fill very slowly. When I get this message, it stops the load and doesn't continue to wash my clothes. Is there any way to bypass this message as there is no other way I can have the washer fill any quicker unless I remove the filter, which would then, cause the high iron content from my well to stain the clothes that I am washing. Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Answer:
Unfortunately, no; a certain level of water flow needs to be able to work with the water pump and inlet valves. If it does not, there is a possibility of damage to the motor. This error message is advising that the water flow appears restricted and needs to be corrected.
