Cause
Obstructions(coins, keys, hair accessories, wires in brassieres) in the tub will cause noise.
Remove obstructions before use.

1. Are there obstructions in holes in the tub?
When there are obstructions in the holes, it can cause noise when spinning.
This is not a defect. When the noise occurs, stop the washing machine and remove the obstructions.

2. Are there clothes with metal buttons or zippers in the laundry?
Zippers in pants or buttons on the jackets can cause noise.
Empty pockets before washing and fasten zippers and buttons.
This also reduces spinning time.
