Phone will not connect to LG PC suite

Symptom

■ Phone will not connect to LG PC suite

Cause

■ USB PC connection mode should be Media device(MTP) for LG PC Suite connection.

If MTP mode is not selected, Phone will not connect to LG PC Suite.

How to fix

1. Select the mode of MTP

2. Launch the PC Suite Tool

3. Check the connecting between PC Suite Tool and phone
