Why does my phone stop during upgrade?

Upgrade stops midway.
Cause
Connection between the PC and USB driver can be lost, causing the upgrade to stop.
How to fix
Please disconnect the PC and cell phone. Take out the battery and place back in.
Try again in Recovery mode.
