8am to 12am (midnight), 7 days a week
Mobiles and IT products:
8am to 2pm (Sun-Thu)
Home Entertainment products:
9am to 3pm (Sat-Thu)
Home Appliances and Air Conditioners:

For in-home service, the technicians will fix an appointment with the customer and visit at the agreed time.
