How to fix
Are there items in the load with buttons, zippers, buckles?
:Check the load with metallic attachments such as buttons ,clips ,zippers etc.
These could clank or scrap against the drum and results in unwanted noises.
This is the most common cause of clanking and scraping.
Make sure to take out loose items such as coins, lighters, keys etc from clothes
before putting in for washing, as these items will come out during wash or spin cycles .
