1. See if the TV is for 2014 web OS 1.0
2. Press on the remote controller.
3. Select on the screen.
4. Select network.
5. Check TV name exceeds 31bytes.(Byte: 1 byte per alphabet/number)
■ How to Fix
1. Edit TV name to be under 30 bytes.
2. Try connecting TV and PC again.
