"Is the unit displaying a TE error code?"
If Yes: This error code alerts us to a heating error, usually caused by a faulty thermistor. If this error presents, unplug the unit from the wall for 10 seconds, After that, plug the unit back in and press POWER and press the SPIN SPEED key until "NO SPIN" is highlighted (to prevent any leaking from the door). Once the unit has drained, restart and attempt to run a cycle. If the same problem occurs again, close the water taps, unplug the washer, and set up service.
If No: Proceed to step 2.
"Is the unit displaying a CE error code?"
If Yes: The CE Error code means there has been an instance of an over current in the motor. Unplug the cord and wait for 10 seconds and restart the cycle. If the error code is displayed again, close the water taps, unplug the unit, and schedule the washer for service.
If No: Proceed to step 3.
"Is the unit displaying a FE error code?"
If Yes: The FE error code means that the unit is overfilling. This is usually the result of a faulty water valve. First thing, check the water level. If the water level is very high inside the drum, close both water taps. Perform a drain only, and set the unit up for a repair.
If the water level is at a normal level, unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, and restart the cycle. If the FE error represents set the unit up for repair.
If No: Proceed to step 4.
"Is the unit displaying a PE error code?"
If Yes: The PE error indicates that the water level sensor has malfunctioned. Before scheduling service, unplug the washer for 10 seconds and restart the wash cycle. If the PE error occurs again, set up service for the washer.
If No: Proceed to step 5.
"Is the unit displaying a PF error code?"
If Yes: The PF error code indicates a power failure. This could happen if power to the machine is interrupted during a cycle from a storm of power outage. If this occurs, simply restart the wash cycle.
If No: If none of the above error codes was displayed, troubleshoot any remaining issue and advise the customer to continue use of the machine. If an error message or display should represent advise the customer to write down what was displayed and contact us back to troubleshoot the issue further.
