So to give you peace of mind, if you have purchased an LG G5 phone between 2nd May 2016 and 31st October 2016 and you accidentally break the screen within 6 months of purchase we will replace your broken screen for free and send it back to you. All you need to do is organise and pay for the postage of the broken phone to our Service Centre and we will sort out the rest.

Ensure to backup all of your data and send your phone into our service centre. Please note that you will need to pay for postage fees to our service centre.


LG will replace your damaged screen within 3-7 business days
*Replacement screen parts will be of the same or better specification but potentially may be refurbished and not brand new.


Once repaired the phone will be sent back to you at our cost

What is the LG G5 Screen Replacement Offer?
All LG G5 handsets purchased through Telstra, Optus or Participating Open Market retailers between 2nd May 2016 - 31st Oct 2016 will receive ONE Free* screen replacement for any screen damage within the first 6 months
*Customer to organise and pay postage costs for delivering damaged phone to the LG Service Centre

What damage is covered by the LG G5 Screen Replacement Offer?
LG will cover the device for a cracked or shattered screen occurring as a result of accidental damage. LG will not cover any damage as a result of liquid damage, or if damage is suffered as a result of using the handset for anything other than its intended purpose. Any other handset damage not attributed to the screen is also not covered such as cosmetic damage to screen, e.g. scratches.

Can I use this offer more than once?
Unfortunately not only ONE free screen replacement claim is available per device up to 6 months from purchase.

How do I claim this offer?

How do I backup my Data?
Ensure to back up any photos, videos, music and other media to your PC. Contacts are best to be stored / backed up into your Google Account. In regards to all other settings these also can be backed up using your Google account, go to Settings / General / Backup and Reset there you will be guided on how to back up settings
(Call List, messages, Wi-Fi Passwords etc)

How long will the Screen Replacement take?
Once LG receive the phone we estimate to have the screen replaced within 3-7 business days, the phone will then be sent back to you (some travel times may vary dependent on location)

Once repaired will the phone be sent to me or do I need to pick it up?
Yes once the repair is completed the phone will be sent back to you at our cost to the address you designate.
