Missing Channels
If some of the channels are missing, this is usually an indication of weak signal strength.
Make sure to perform Signal Test to identify the signal strength and quality of reception. Signal strength should be above 75%.
Symptom
- Some of the channels are missing.
- Unable to get all the channels.
How to fix
Make sure the antenna or cable line is connected securely to the back of the television. Cable and Satellite boxes with missing channels should be referred to the cable or satellite provider.
1. Perform Auto Tuning.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Go to SETTINGS → ALL SETTINGS
- Select PROGRAMMES/CHANNELS
- Select PROGRAMME/CHANNEL TUNING and select AUTO TUNING
Note: It is important to allow the device to completely scan to 100%. If the device is not allowed to search for all available stations, some could be missing from the channel list.
2. If the channels are still missing, perform manual tuning.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Go to SETTINGS → ALL SETTINGS
- Select PROGRAMMES/CHANNELS
- Select PROGRAMME/CHANNEL TUNING and select MANUAL TUNING.
- Select the channel number.
- To add the channel, select the 'Add' button on the screen.
