The OE error code on the display of the washer indicates that the washer is experiencing an issue with the draining. This error will display if the washer is unable to drain the water for 13 minutes.
If the washer is displaying OE error code, pull the washer away from the wall far enough to check the drain hose is not bent or has become pinched between the back of the washer and the wall.
If foreign object caught into the pump, it can make noise. Please open the pump casing at the back side and remove any foreign object.
If the OE code reappears, the washer will need a Service Call .
