to fix
Remove the battery of remote control and see if it works properly. If channel doesn’t change automatically anymore, then it seems to be caused by malfunction (debris inbetween the buttons) of remote control.
Visit the service center nearby and have the remote control checked.
If it remains the same after removing the battery, try to:
- remove the battery of external device remote control (Set-top box, DVD, Blue ray, etc...).
- press each and every button on the TV.
