Major Responsibilities:• Support colleagues in LG Representative office in Bulgaria, as well as in Budapest head-office in order to ensure business continuity and help overall business processes
• Supervise, control monthly budget and actual expenses
• Prepare report of financial movements to Budapest head-office to Finance Department
• Monitor and prepare documents for head-office (accruals, contracts etc)
• Supporting HR in contract and job description preparation, probation evaluation, salary raise, promotion)
• Supporting payment of monthly salaries for employees
• Personal file maintenance
• Office Asset management
• Arrange business trips of colleagues
• Receiving incoming calls to office
• Company car lease coordination
Requirements Education, experience:• Education, experience:
- University/College degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in office administration
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
- Strong PC skills
